On 3rd October 2024, Ken Kirk, our CEO and Fiona Louch, REA Business Manager (also a Cadet Force Volunteer) travelled to HMS Warrior in Portsmouth for the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award ceremony (South East) in 2024. The Gold Award is the Ministry of Defence’s highest badge of honour in recognition of supporting the Armed Forces Community
