I’m trying to find details of  a Royal Engineer officer ‘Major Morgan’ who met and married a Romanian woman in occupied Germany (almost certainly Berlin) in 1945 or 46. No surname but her forename was ‘ Utta’ and middle initial ‘L’.. VMT for any help.
